3. Regularly visit existing clients, collect user feedback, and assist the product team in optimizing product features and experience;
4. Participate in formulating sales plans and strategies, achieve sales targets, and increase market share;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, real estate, or related fields is preferred;
2. 2 years or more experience in software sales, sales experience in the real estate industry is preferred;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good team collaboration;
5. Able to adapt to business trips and high-intensity work.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the front-end development of the company's real estate software products, achieving high-quality user interfaces and interaction effects;
2. Work closely with product managers, UI designers, and back-end engineers to ensure the smooth implementation of projects;
3. Conduct technology selection, framework setup, and performance optimization based on project requirements;
4. Participate in the product iteration process, fix bugs, optimize code structure, and improve system stability;
5. Research front-end technology trends and evaluate and apply new technologies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, software engineering, or related fields is preferred;
2. 2 years or more experience in front-end development, familiar with React.js framework, experience in APP development is preferred;
3. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies, with good programming habits and code specifications;
4. Familiar with Webpack, Babel, and other front-end engineering tools, and knowledgeable about ES6+ syntax features;
5. Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to complete tasks under pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning, design, promotion, and optimization of the real estate agent CRM system product, ensuring that the product meets market demands and user expectations;
2. Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, design, and other relevant teams to achieve product goals and implement product strategies;
3. Gain a deep understanding of the real estate industry and CRM system market trends, collect competitor information, and develop and optimize the product roadmap;
4. Responsible for product requirement analysis, writing product requirement documents, formulating product iteration plans, and ensuring the smooth implementation of product iterations;
5. Track data feedback after product launch, identify issues through data analysis and propose optimization suggestions, and continuously improve the product;
6. Organize and participate in user research, collect user feedback, optimize product experience, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, information technology, marketing, or related fields is preferred;
2. 3 years or more experience as a product manager, experience in the real estate industry or CRM system product management is preferred;
3. Familiar with the entire product management process, including market research, requirement analysis, product design, project management, and product optimization;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the implementation of product projects;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, innovation, and execution, able to work under pressure and achieve goals;
6. Keen market insight, able to capture market changes and develop suitable product strategies;
7. Familiar with data analysis methods and tools, and possess good data-driven decision-making skills.
